By accessing or using SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, or any services provided by Skye Meta Corp ("Skye Meta," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you use them for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
SkyeGate enables condition-based access to website content. It ships in two delivery channels: a WordPress plugin (Lite + Pro) and a Vercel/Next.js npm SDK (@skyemeta/skyegate, Pro only). SkyeGate Lite (free) supports a single condition per gate across three condition types. SkyeGate Pro supports multi-condition wallet policies (up to 10 conditions per gate) across four condition types, including Farcaster identity. A single SkyeGate Pro license covers either delivery channel. Both versions support multi-wallet connection (EVM and Solana) and server-side content protection.
SkyeWoo is a WooCommerce plugin that enables token-gated product access and wallet-verified discounts. It supports per-product gate conditions, automatic checkout discounts for verified wallets, and optional product hiding from the shop catalog.
SkyeSkiff (formerly AgentTalk) is an API service that provides condition-gated sessions for AI agents. Agents declare on-chain conditions, verify wallet holdings via InsumerAPI attestation, and receive signed session tokens (JWTs). SkyeSkiff is accessed via API endpoints hosted on skyemeta.com.
Bothy is a community membership suite. A community issues a single membership pass that is recognized across Skye Meta's tools (SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, and in-person recognition) under one license. A membership pass is a non-transferable ("soulbound") token minted to each member's own wallet on a public blockchain. Members may hold that wallet in a crypto wallet application they already use, or create an email-anchored wallet operated by a specialist wallet-infrastructure provider and secured by one-time codes sent to their email. When a pass is recognized in person or through the browser extension, the community or merchant receives only a yes/no result and any applicable benefit (such as a discount), not the member's wallet address or wallet balances. A website that runs SkyeGate or SkyeWoo receives the public address of the wallet the member chooses to share, never the member's balances. Bothy use is also governed by two supplemental agreements: the Bothy Operator Agreement (accepted by the person who sets up and runs a community) and the Bothy Membership Terms (accepted by members when they claim a pass).
Bothy tools. A Bothy license includes:
Stores. A store is a business that welcomes the members of other communities and gives them its member discount, without issuing a pass of its own. A store signs up at skyemeta.com/stores/dashboard/, chooses the passes it recognizes and the discount for each, and uses the Scanner, counter stickers and its checkout. A store pays for a store plan for each location (see Section 5). A business may run both a community and a store under one sign-in.
Names, handles and verified websites. An organization that proves it controls its website is shown as "Verified" with that website's address. We check control of the website and nothing more. While an organization has a verified website, no other organization can register or issue a pass under the same name. A handle that matches a verified website belongs to the organization that verified it: if another organization holds that handle and has not put it to use, we move that organization to a different handle and tell it by email. Names and handles that are Skye Meta's or InsumerAPI's own are not available. We may rename or remove an organization that is set up under a name, logo or website belonging to someone else, with or without a complaint, and whether or not it has issued a pass. If an organization is using your name, logo or website, tell us.
Skye Recognition for Shopify lets a Shopify store give member prices to recognized members. It is offered in early access and set up with each store. A store plan covers it.
SkyeProfile shows a trust profile for a public wallet address, built from InsumerAPI and independent trust providers. It is free and provided for information only.
Skye Meta Recognition is a free browser extension for shoppers. It checks whether the site you are on takes part, shows the perk your connected wallets qualify for, and can fill the store's discount code at checkout. It cannot move your assets. Signing a message to prove a wallet is yours is optional and is never a transaction. The demo store at demo.skyemeta.com is a demonstration checkout for trying the extension: nothing is sold there and no payment is taken.
Skye Meta licenses wallet auth technology from The Insumer Model LLC. SkyeGate Pro and SkyeWoo use InsumerAPI for on-chain verification across 34 blockchains (SkyeGate Lite across 32). SkyeSkiff uses InsumerAPI for wallet attestation across 34 blockchains. We do not collect, store, or process private keys.
Free tier (SkyeGate Lite): SkyeGate Lite is free to use on any WordPress site without a license key or subscription.
Pro tier (SkyeGate Pro, SkyeWoo): Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SkyeGate Pro and SkyeWoo on one production domain per license key. One Skye license, whether bought as SkyeGate, SkyeWoo or Bothy, runs both plugins on that domain. For SkyeGate Pro, that license covers either the WordPress plugin or the Vercel/Next.js npm SDK (@skyemeta/skyegate): same key, one domain. Each license key is locked to a single domain on first production use. Additional websites require separate subscriptions.
Bothy: Bothy is provided under a Skye license on the same one-license, one-domain basis. The license covers recognition of your community's membership pass across Skye Meta's tools. If your account already has a SkyeGate or SkyeWoo license that no community uses, starting a community uses that license, with the same key and subscription, instead of a second one. Members are never charged to claim or hold a pass.
Open-source SDKs: Our open-source packages, including @skyemeta/access, are provided free under their own open-source license (MIT). That license governs your use of those packages.

You agree not to use our products or services to:
Your wallets. You are responsible for the security of your wallets and their keys, for what is done through them, and for connecting only wallets you own or control. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrases.
Operators. If you run a Bothy community or store, you are responsible for who holds your scanner code, PINs and counter stickers, for the discounts and settings you choose and publish, and for applying them in your own sales. Remove a scanner or change its PIN when someone should no longer have access, and revoke a sticker that is lost, moved or no longer in use.
A Skye license bought as SkyeGate or SkyeWoo is $49 per month or $350 per year, and either one runs both plugins. Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Bothy is available under a Skye license at $49 per month or $350 per year, billed through Stripe on the same recurring basis as above. The license includes a base allotment of member seats. Additional seats are available in blocks of 50 for a one-time charge of $20 per block. Members are never charged, and adding or removing members within your seat count is free.
A community may also welcome members of other communities and give them a discount. The Skye license includes 100 such visits each calendar month. A community is not charged per visit. If a community goes past 100 in a month, we may ask it to set up a store and choose a store plan for that location.
A store plan is a subscription for one store location, billed through Stripe: Starter at $49 per month or $490 per year with 500 member visits included each month, Growth at $99 per month or $990 per year with 1,500, and Pro at $199 per month or $1,990 per year with 5,000. One plan covers every way that location recognizes members: its Shopify store, the Scanner, counter stickers and any checkout we connect later.
A member visit is one occasion on which a member of another community is recognized at the store and given the store's member discount: an order that carries the member discount, or a Scanner check or sticker tap that returns a discount. Members of a community run under the same sign-in as the store are the store's own members and are not counted. The same order or the same pass code sent twice is counted once. Visits are counted by calendar month in UTC.
Visits over the number included in your plan are charged at $0.10 each. After each month ends we add them up and charge the card on file for that month's amount. By choosing a store plan you authorize these monthly charges. Your dashboard shows the count during the month, by community, and what is over your plan so far. If we have agreed a free period or a different rate with you in writing, that agreement applies.
For a yearly fee, the Scanner shows only your organization's name and logo, with no Skye Meta or Bothy name: $20 a year for a community and $100 a year for a store, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each year at the same price until you stop it. You can stop the renewal at any time from the Scanner tab of your dashboard: you are not charged again, and your brand stays on the Scanner to the end of the year you have paid for. If your Skye license or store plan ends, we stop the renewal of your brand as well. After the paid year, or if a renewal payment does not go through, the Scanner shows our name in small print again and nothing else changes. It applies to the Scanner only. A member's pass, the dashboard and our emails keep our names.
SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, the Bothy Skye license, store plans and your brand on the Scanner are subscriptions. Each one renews automatically at the end of every billing period, at the same price and on the same interval (monthly or yearly) you chose, until you cancel. If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to a renewal.
You can cancel online at any time from your account page at skyemeta.com/account/, which opens the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you are not charged again, and you keep access until that period ends. For annual plans, we send you a reminder by email before each renewal. Bothy seat blocks are one-time charges and do not renew.
SkyeSkiff credits are purchased with cryptocurrency on supported blockchains. Accepted currency: USDC (USD Coin). Bitcoin is not accepted. To purchase credits, you send the accepted currency to the designated payment wallet and submit the transaction hash to our credit endpoint. No API key is issued: your wallet address is your identity.
Credits are added to the balance of the EVM wallet that sent the payment. A payment sent from Solana may name the EVM wallet to credit inside the payment itself, in a memo; a payment that names no wallet is credited to the address it came from. Send EVM payments directly from the wallet that will use the credits: a payment routed through an exchange or another contract is credited to that contract.
Supported payment chains for USDC: Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, and Solana. A payment is credited once it has enough network confirmations, usually within a minute.
Crypto sent on unsupported chains or to the wrong address cannot be recovered. All crypto purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
SkyeSkiff calls can also be paid one at a time with x402, when the calling wallet has no credits: $0.50 to open a channel, $0.15 to join, and $0.15 per agent to re-verify ($0.30 to join and $0.30 per agent to re-verify in a channel whose results carry Merkle proofs), in USDC on Base, Polygon, Arbitrum or Solana. The price is quoted in the response before any payment is made. A payment is taken only when the call returns a signed result, whether the conditions were met or not; if no result is returned, the payment is not taken. The payment is settled only once the result is in place; if it cannot be settled, the result is not given. Each payment covers one call. Payments made with x402 are final and non-refundable, like credit purchases.
Credits are calculated based on the USD value at the time of purchase: $5–$99 = 25 credits per dollar, $100–$499 = 33 credits per dollar, $500+ = 50 credits per dollar. Minimum purchase: $5 equivalent. Each attestation consumes 1 credit, or 2 in a channel whose results carry Merkle proofs; a call that returns no signed attestation (for example because verification was unavailable) consumes none. Credits do not expire.
SkyeSkiff has no free calls: every call is paid, from the first one, either per call with x402 or from credits.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to Stripe subscriptions and purchases (SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, the Bothy Skye license, Bothy seat blocks, store plans, member visit charges and your brand on the Scanner) and to crypto purchases (SkyeSkiff). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on-chain. Once confirmed, the transfer cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by Skye Meta or any third party. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet on a supported chain.
For SkyeGate and SkyeWoo, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your license is deactivated and the plugin will stop functioning.
For Bothy, when your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, recognition of your community's membership pass stops across Skye Meta's tools. Existing passes remain in members' wallets but become dormant; they are no longer recognized, and your counter stickers show that recognition is paused. If you pay again, recognition switches back on with the same passes and stickers. Removing a member revokes that member's pass.
For a store, when your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, the store is paused: passes are not recognized there, no member discount or discount code is given, and your counter stickers show that recognition is paused. Member visits up to that date are still charged as described above. If you choose a plan again, the store switches back on with the same settings and stickers.
SkyeSkiff purchases cannot be cancelled. Credits remain available until they are used.
Each license key is locked to the production domain where it is first used. Development and preview hosts (localhost, *.vercel.app, *.local) do not consume the domain bind. Only one domain may be active per license key at any time.
Move License to New Domain. You can unbind your license from its current domain at any time using the self-service "Move License to New Domain" tool on your account page. Your next production verification call will automatically bind the license to the new domain. The license itself, your subscription, and your billing remain unchanged.
Rotate License Key. If you suspect your license key has been disclosed, you can issue a fresh key using the self-service "Rotate License Key" tool on your account page. The old key is permanently deactivated and replaced with a new SKYE- key, which is shown on screen and emailed to your account address. Your subscription, bound domain, and billing transfer to the new key. Rotation is rate-limited to prevent abuse.
Our APIs limit how many requests a license, wallet, session or network address can make in a short time, to keep the service available for everyone. Normal use stays well within these limits. A request over the limit is rejected for a short while with a 429 status code. If you need more throughput, contact us.
All rights, title, and interest in Bothy, SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, SkyeSkiff, and related software, including code, design, documentation, and trademarks, remain the property of Skye Meta Corp. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Certain technology underlying our products is licensed from The Insumer Model LLC and is the subject of one or more United States patent-pending applications, including Application No. 19/573,671. Your use of our products does not grant any license, express or implied, to any underlying intellectual property of Skye Meta Corp or The Insumer Model LLC beyond the right to use the products as described in these Terms.
Content you create or gate using our products remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content or your WooCommerce products.
Copyright complaints. You must have the rights to anything you upload or provide to our services, such as a community logo. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act; see our Copyright and DMCA page for our designated agent and how to send a notice or counter-notice. We may remove material that is the subject of a valid notice, and in appropriate circumstances we will suspend or end the accounts, licenses and communities of repeat infringers.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Wallet-verified discounts applied by SkyeWoo are subject to on-chain verification accuracy. Skye Meta is not liable for discounts applied or denied due to blockchain state changes. SkyeSkiff session tokens are issued based on on-chain state at the time of attestation. Skye Meta is not liable for sessions that become invalid due to subsequent on-chain activity.
Not financial advice. Nothing in our products or on our site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens and other crypto assets carry risk; a membership pass is not an investment.
No guarantee of discounts. Discounts, member prices and access are set by each community and store, which decide whether and how to offer them. We do not guarantee that any particular discount, price or recognition will be available or accepted.
No service level. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not promise any particular uptime or response time. Availability targets in our documentation or marketing are goals, not guarantees.
Bothy at the Door is a convenience, not a security, safety or emergency-exit system. A community that uses it is responsible for its premises, for who it admits, and for keeping another way to open the door in case a lock, a network or a pass check is unavailable. Skye Meta is not liable for a door that does not open, or for entry by a member the community has not yet removed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skye Meta Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Skye Meta Corp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the applicable plugin ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
