No. A parent taps one link in the invite email and the pass sets up in about a minute with their email and a quick code. There is no app to install and nothing to buy. Members never pay for the pass.
No. Bothy does not collect dues, sell cards or run fundraisers. Keep taking dues the way you do today. When a family joins, you send them a pass.
For member discounts, it can. Any sponsor running Bothy can recognize your pass and give your families a price, and unlike a plastic card, a pass can't be copied or handed off. If you sell discount cards as a fundraiser, that sale stays with you.
Yes. The Scanner shows the member discount, and the dashboard makes a Square discount list you enter into Square by hand, once. With Stripe, connect your account and the member discount is created in Stripe automatically. Clover is coming soon.
You remove the family in a tap and their pass is revoked, so the member price and members-only pages stop. Next fall, send passes to the new families.
