On any product, from a tab in the WooCommerce editor:

  • Set a member price. A percentage or an amount off, applied for members only.
  • Make it members-only. Everyone sees it, only members can buy it. Or tick "Hide from shop" and it vanishes from the shop, search and its own link until a member is recognized.
  • Or leave it alone. It works exactly as before.

Questions shop owners ask

Does it work with my store?

Yes. It's a standard WooCommerce extension and works with any WooCommerce theme.

Can some products be for members and others for everyone?

Yes. You choose product by product.

Can someone share the member price?

No. There's no code. The price belongs to the recognized shopper's visit, so there's nothing to pass along.

Do my customers need a crypto wallet?

No. Members show a community pass with their email and a quick code. Wallets only come in for crypto communities.

When someone stops being a member, how fast does their price stop?

At their next check. By default SkyeWoo remembers a check for 30 minutes, so someone who stops qualifying at noon pays full price by 12:30. Change it (1 minute to a day) under WooCommerce → SkyeWoo, Cache Duration; checks are included in your license. You never remove anyone yourself: losing the pass, or selling the token, does it.

What happens if my license lapses?

Members-only products stay locked and member prices stop, with a notice in your admin. Nothing opens up by accident.

Do I need SkyeGate too?

No. But if you want members-only pages on your website too, the same license runs SkyeGate.

I installed the plugin but can't find the settings

Check you clicked Activate Plugin after uploading. Then look under WooCommerce → SkyeWoo (not Settings) and paste your license key.

I didn't receive my license key

Check spam for SkyeWoo <noreply@skyemeta.com>, or contact us with your purchase email.

How do I update to a new version?

Since version 1.4.2, the normal one-click update notice shows on your Plugins screen, and your settings are kept. On an older version, update once by hand: get a download link at skyemeta.com/account, upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and choose Replace current with uploaded.

Can I use it outside the United States?

Yes, in any country and store currency. Plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe, with no tax added.

How do I cancel?

At skyemeta.com/account, through the billing portal. You keep access until the period ends.

Three kinds of rules

Token balance, NFT ownership or an EAS attestation. Stack up to 10 conditions on one product, for example an NFT plus a minimum token balance on different chains.

Wallets

MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet or Phantom, all connected in one click, plus one free signature proving the wallet is theirs. On a phone, use the wallet app's browser.

Ideas

The chain ID follows each name: that is the chainId a condition uses. Token balances work on all 34. NFT conditions work on all but Tron and Sui.
