Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SkyeGate or any services provided by Skye Meta Corp ("Skye Meta," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SkyeGate is a WordPress plugin that enables token gating and wallet-based access control for website content. The service verifies blockchain wallet addresses to determine access rights based on token holdings. We do not collect, store, or process private keys.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SkyeGate on your WordPress site(s) as permitted by your subscription plan.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the plugin on more sites than your plan permits

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SkyeGate or our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code or exploit security vulnerabilities

5. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Pricing

SkyeGate is available at $49 per month or $350 per year. Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including partial billing periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in SkyeGate, including its code, design, documentation, and trademarks, remain the property of Skye Meta Corp. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Content you create or gate using SkyeGate remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SkyeGate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skye Meta Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skye Meta Corp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SkyeGate at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the plugin ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
